THE STRETCH CLINIC (TSC) is an advocate to inspire pain-free movement and optimising biomechanics performance (Rehabilitation and Athletic Performance) with Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) – Strength and mobility protocols from the world of sports science. Our aim is to correct and treat numerous types of muscular and neurological injuries, improving overall strength, balance and mobility; Specialising in AIS, which is the gold standard in optimum performance, pain management and rehabilitation.
We offer one on one physical therapy sessions using the Active Isolated Stretch (AIS) method. Typically we will begin a treatment with our assessment protocols that include postural alignment and range of motion test for joints. Whether your goal is to boost your sports performance, balance your posture, or get relief from pain and stiffness, our certified therapists will create a personalized treatment plan to open up your tissues and have you feeling fantastic! ATHLETIC EVENT SUPPORT
