EXPANDING THE POTENTIAL OF ALL ATHLETES
Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) is one of the methods of stretching used by most of today’s top-level athletes, physical therapists, personal trainers and athletic coaches. The Active Isolated Stretching and Strengthening routine promotes balance in a joint reducing wear and tear during exercise.

The 3 dimensional actions unique to AIS include a series of rotational exercises that actively stimulate the smaller muscle groups that provide synergistic support during compound movements.

BENEFITS OF AIS FOR ATHLETES
INCREASED POWER
INCREASED MOBILITY AND SPEED
REDUCED RISK OF INJURY
FASTER REHABILITATION

The AIS technique involves the method of holding each stretch for only two seconds. This method of stretching is also known to work with the body’s natural physiological makeup to improve circulation and increase the elasticity of muscle joints and fascia.
